At Autopartstomorrow we LOVE testimonials. Since we are fairly new to the public sales side of auto parts sales, we are a little more detached from the buying process than we are used to. The way we have always taken stock orders, from customers who had accounts with us, was basically as part of a conversation… while we accepted the part numbers for their stock order. Because of the pricing structure we have chosen to go with for our web site (wholesale, very small markup, fully automated) it seems the only time we get to speak with the people buying from us is when they are needing a part looked up, or if there is some confusion with an order. So when we get an e-mail from a new client saying how excited they are to have found us, or someone especially happy with our service, it is really nice.
On our EBay site there is an automated process asking for feedback. It is one of the reasons EBay is so successful. People handling transactions like to hear from those they are serving to make sure they are doing it correctly. According to our feedback profile there we seem to be doing pretty well. While 99.9% is pretty good, we are always striving for that 100%. For those of you experienced in the world of auto parts and auto parts catalogs, let’s just say the industry has a ways to go. Despite the inherent issues with catalog data and manufacturers changing country of origin production, we feel we are providing high level customer service. That assistance will help us overcome the few issues that may arise by overwhelming problems with solutions as soon as they arise. Thank you for helping us spread the word to your friends. After all, if it weren’t for you we might be sitting at home wondering what we should do. We pledge to always keep that in mind.
