Many times industry auto parts catalogs can get quite confusing. When this happens, experience allows for better decision making on which part will fit your car. By asking the right questions our team can ascertain which auto part is the correct one, as long as we get the question before the order is placed.
It is a complicated process that kicks off once you hit the BUY button on our site or through our EBay store. The credit card is checked and funds are placed on hold. The invoice prints in the zone of the warehouse, (a very large multi-level warehouse), the part is pulled and put on a conveyor system up to the boxing area. When the part arrives (with hundreds of other orders) it is wrapped carefully and boxed, then the box is scanned into our UPS shipping container and placed on one of may pallets of packages to be delivered that night. I have compared the process in the past with placing money in a vending machine, one without a coin return slot. Sometimes it is next to impossible to extricate one order amongst the flurry of activity that we call a boxing area. It is not quite as bad as the Lucille Ball episode in the candy plant, but you get the idea.
