NO EXCHANGES- Unused products purchased may be returned within 30 days of the original order date. Requests for returns must be initiated using the online returns process. Once we approve your request, you will receive an email from UPS with the Prepaid Return Shipping Label. Once we receive the product(s) and verify that it is in resalable condition, in the original box/packaging and not previously installed, we will refund the original charges to the Credit Card used in the original transaction. Product must be delivered to our Returns Department within the 30 day period. Approval for return does not guarantee a refund will be made. Only after inspection and approval will credit be applied.
Returns after 30 days - If you need to return an unused part after 30 days, please use the same process as above. A 15% re-stocking fee will apply and reduce the amount refunded. Approval for return does not guarantee a refund will be made. Only after inspection and approval will credit be applied.
We do not except returns after 60 days unless the product being returned is defective and is covered by our 1 Year Warranty.
Instructions for Requesting Return Authorization:
1) Log onto your account - www.autopartstomorrow.com
2) Click the "My Account" link located on the top-right of the page
3) Click the "Orders" link
4) Locate the Original Order and click the "Return Items" link
5) Select the Reason for Return from the Drop Down List
6) Click the Check box beside the Items that you need to return.
7) Update the quantity if needed.
8) Click the "Request Return" link.
Items returned for core credit must be returned via the Online Return Request form within 30 days. Include original invoice number in the comments section. Clearly note the part number and quantity of each item. Cores must be returned in the original box/package.
Other Warranty & Defective Returns
Parts carry a 12 month warranty unless otherwise noted herein. Items returned for warranty/defect credit must be returned via the online Return Request form and have the purchase invoice number and date noted in the appropriate fields. Defective returns must also include a description of the product defect. When we file defective/damage claims with the manufacturers, we are required to give a valid reason for the claim. Please be specific. Ford and GM Dealers should use normal manufacturer process for filing warranty claims on product that has been installed on a vehicle.
AC compressors are subject to immediate failure unless installed with replacement accumulator driers, new orifice tubes and seals and complete system evacuation before refilling with Freon. When a compressor fails typically moisture and small pieces of the failed system are collected in the accumulator/dryer. If all of these pieces are not replaced together with a complete system purge, the moisture and debris will cause a brand new part to fail. In order to receive full credit on a compressor we require that all pieces of the system be replaced at the same time. If you do not buy all pieces from us, just include a copy of the invoice where you purchased the additional parts along, with our invoice and return request form, with your return.
Electronic Modules, Sensors, etc.
These pieces are very sensitive computers that can be blown instantaneously if installed before the underlying issue is resolved. Manufacturer policy on these pieces dictates that there are NO RETURNS ON INSTALLED ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS. Please make sure when purchasing these parts that all additional defects have been repaired first.
Returns that do not meet the guidelines outlined above are subject to be rejected and returned. Return freight on rejected items will need to be arranged and paid for by the customer. Please do not return items outside the return guidelines.
