We are currently only shipping within the Continental United States. For International Concerns send email to global@teamji.com

Orders placed before 5pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) Monday thru Friday will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 5pm EST Monday thru Thursday will be processed the following day and orders placed after 5pm EST on Fridays will be processed on the folowing Monday. We do not ship on Holidays or Weekends (Saturday or Sunday).

Order acknowledgment, confirmation of product availability, and shipping tracking information will be provided to you via email after your order is processed. Order acceptance occurs only when your order has been shipped.

Orders are shipped via UPS and physical address is required for shipment. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Expected Delivery Dates:

 Orders must be placed prior to 5PM EST in order to qualify for our Next Day Guarantee.

• Next Day: Guaranteed Next Day for eligible Zip Codes. Click here for eligibility http://www.autopartstomorrow.com/contents/Next-Day-Delivery. Orders in excess of $2,500 do not qualify for our Next Day Guarantee.


• Standard Ground: 3-7 business days after order processing
  • All prices are quoted and all payments must be made in US$.
  • Your order will leave our store in good condition and risk of loss passes to you when we deliver your package to the shipper.  If your order is damaged in shipment, please contact the shipper immediately to make a claim.

Transit days for ground shipments and 2-3-Day Express are business days and do not include weekends or holidays.
